This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, all your profile information, property listings, chat messages, and saved data will be permanently removed from our servers within 7 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
How to Request Account Deletion
Choose either method below. Both are free and result in permanent account deletion.
Option 1
Delete via App
- 1Open the NestSpace app on your phone
- 2Tap your Profile icon (bottom right)
- 3Go to Settings
- 4Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- 5Read the warning and tap "Confirm Delete"
Option 2
Delete via Email
- 1Email us at harshalem@gmail.com
- 2Use subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- 3Include your registered phone number or email
- 4We verify your identity and confirm the request
- 5Receive a confirmation email within 48 hours

What Happens to Your Data
After your deletion request is confirmed, here is what happens to each type of data:

Active subscriptions
Active paid subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon deletion. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
Contact credits
Unused contact credits are forfeited upon deletion. They cannot be transferred, refunded, or recovered after the account is deleted.
